Default Anyone running a 4-6" lift with 17" wheels

Well just yesterday I mounted up a set of 17x8.5 Method NV wheels O offset/4.75backspacing with 35x12.50 Nitto Trail Grapplers. While they fit fine with my 2" Autospring spacer, eventually down the road I may go higher.

Looking to see if anyone is running a lift kit with a 17" wheel. I ran a 6" Rough Country on my 2010 but had 18 and 20" wheels. I contacted Rough Country about it and I got the canned answer that I read on their website. My concern is the 17" wheel running into clearance issues with the knuckle.

Sounds like you will be good. @RaceRed14 has a similar set up. I'm sure he'll chime in. Lol.

Yea, I don't have any issues with the AS spacer, concerned with the aftermarket knuckles on the lift.

Rancho is the only kit that will allow for the use of 17in wheels. I am running 33s and 17s on my Rancho 4in lift and no trimming was necessary. Plan on going to 35s in the future and don't think I will need to trim for that either.

Reading through Rancho's site it says 18"+ but I guess they're site is wrong. What's the offset on your wheels?

Hey man, sorry for the late reply.

They say only 18+ to cover their tracks, myself, @IrishRed and @NWFreerider are all running Rancho lifts with 17s. (Irish is running the 6in, while NW and myself are running the 4in.)They're 17x9s with -6 or about 4.5BS. I plan on going to 35s here in the future and should have plenty of room as the Rancho 4in is actually a 5in lift rather than a 4.

sorry forgot to mention the lift lol. its a 6 inch rough country lift. I kept the tires small for towing/speed purposes. less weight, and unique(funny) looking. my own style. I think 295/70/17 is around 33.4/11.6/17
