Does anyone know how to download the floppy ford girl to a cd or DVD so that it can be uploaded to the dash so it plays when the truck starts up?

Just right click on the Gif and save to desktop.

It only saves the photo when I do though and not the whole animation

The display does not support GIF only jpg as far as I know.

Oh I was talkin about the head unit not display dash

That's what I was talking about too. I uploaded a GIF when I added pictures of my kids to it. It would not accept the GIF image as a recognizeable image. If you look in the book on these it says that it only supports a limited amount of image types.
