ah, yep I got to clean the beads allllll the time on Explorers with chrome wheels at work. I think I might look elsewhere (the new American Racing AR840 looks good) because I don't want to deal with that and because the tire selection for the 22" size sucks.

Got them from a wheel/tire dealer on eBay for $1800 shipped including pirelli scorpions on them. After the treads started to get pretty worn down, I sold them and bought the 08 HD rims to make my truck look like the 11 'limited', only in black. I like these better, and I got them with Cooper Zeon 305's which have a lot more meat then the stock pirelli's.
That second picture is like, exactly like my photoshop I made of my dream F-150.

You have good taste my friend.

Any more pics of the truck from the side with the old rims?

Got this one from spring a few years back. Dropping the boat in the river for the first run of the year.

Thanks man... Love this truck. Got OEM Ambient Lighting and Electric Deploying Running Boards from a Platinum yet to put on it. Have all the modules and parts, just gotta figure out the wiring as my truck is an early 09 make. Have had it with this set up for a year now and always get looks and compliments on the road. Got buddies at both the Ford and Chevy dealerships in town always asking if I want to trade up cause people ask them about the black 'limited' in town. Haha

I'd take a second look if I saw that truck driving around here. My dad's got the regular Limited and I'm not much of a white truck kinda guy (did it for 2 years, can't do much with it) and a black Limited would be perfect.

I also wanted the 6.5' box. Too many times did I wish I had that extra foot when I had my short box screw King Ranch. And the bed extenders are great when even that's too short.
