Body Control Module, Fuse 26, Tire Pressure Monitor module circuit power. If U don't have it not to worry. I would tape it. Hot at all times for TPMS receiver and in network with twisty wires. Be careful if U have tire pressure monitor. VBAT for MS_CAN. Page 6334 in Ford Manual.

Here. C2415 page 6446, is to the right and just below the side of the glove box. UR antenna etc for the tire monitor are up behind the vent to the right of the cluster. I would suggest much caution and use a Ford Tech if U see what I see. This may be a customer service situation, customer access wire. It has been sniped and Factory would have secured the open wire. Carefully remove that black tape, it is behind it I think.. I believe U should also have a body code for it being inoperative. Is there a mod the circuit ? A different power feed to these. Maybe 26 fuse in the BCM there has been pulled? 5 amp ? Connection C228 A and C228B are up by the antenna area. ??? Body code may show on UR HEC test, just navigate it.
