If it made 250k it was probably cared for and serviced regularly. That being said it is probably nearing the end of its usable life. so unless you are just looking for a short haul beater or the price is a real steal I would probably pass.
Edit if that is kilometers not miles disregard

So 155,000 US miles, not sure, it depends on costs condition for costs and what you want. I wouldn't be to eager unless you can steal it.
Photos, condition, whats it's history? Post away, lets see what 155k on the clock looks like, what year?

It is approaching end of life, you will probably get another 80k Km from it at best. Personally I would not get it unless it's clean and dirt cheap! As you are looking at about $6,000 for an used engine swap, and $4,000 US for a used transmission swap.
To find a fair price, check the BlueBook or NADA value for a low miles similar truck, say around 50k miles, deduct the cost of an the engine and transmission replacement and I would not pay a penny more for it. Be damn sure that you have the $6k to $10k on hand for when the engine and/or transmission eventually dies.
Example: 2011 Ecoboost Lariat with 50k miles runs about $28k US retail, subtract $6k for the engine and another $4k for the transmission. So $18k US is a fair price for that truck. As long as you have the $6 to $10k in the bank for the repairs when they come.

I would bet those are mostly highway miles. But at that number I would lean away. You are likely looking at serious repairs in the near future. If you have the money set aside to cover those repairs, it may be better to use it on payment to get a lower mileage truck. I know my Eco was showing signs of needing a new trans at 110k. New that was 6k, and used was about 4k. I traded it and invested that money in a new down payment.

I'm a big fan of the ecoboost but no way in hell I'd buy one with that many miles
