I have purchased from Justin at VMP. Over the course of two years I have exchanged many emails with him asking questions etc. Sometimes he has responded within minutes and sometimes it has been a week or 10 days. I think he stays very busy in and out of his shop. I would not be concerned about getting burned, he will not let you down.

I ordered a tuner from him on the 22nd of last month and it has yet to be shipped out he wont return my calls and has only responded to one of my emails and it took him a few days just to do that when I did get him on the phone he said he would call me back and I have yet to receive a call shoulda went with 5 Star but I heard alot of good about VMP tuning so I thought I would go with them, im going to call him tomorrow and if he doesnt have any information on my tuner im getting a refund.

I can only speak for 5 star. Contacted Mike and got a response almost immediately. Went back and forth on emails today. Placed order tonight. Very good customer service at 5 star.

It will be three weeks myself this week. In the beginning I was emailing him with questions and he responded each time. I checked in once for a status and he said he would check and I haven't heard back. Have heard many good things about VMP. So I will hang on abit longer. Anxious to try it out!

People are complaining about VMP on a Roush website also because of the time it takes him to reply and he started leaving replies to them on the other forum saying he's swamped with emails right now.

The tuner finally came in today. Installed the tune with out any problems. Now just need to test it.

glad yours came with no problems mine came in and when I installed it it threw a P0605 code so I emailed justin and he said he would send me a new file well its been over a week ago and still no new file im starting to get really ticked with him makes me wish I never would have giving him the time of day with my bussiness.
