Thanks for the info. Looks like you ordered the same tunes as me.

Justin's pretty good; I'm sure there's a good reason but there should have been some sort of explanation with this long of a timeframe.

I bought my tuner with custom tunes through Justin at VMP, and had similar results. He was hard to get a hold of through emails but I received the tuner and programs within 10 days. I paid the extra to have it shipped quicker though. When I wanted some changes to my 91 tune I tried a couple emails, couldn't reach him, but got through the first time I called. I had the changed tune emailed to me 2 days later which I think was a fair turnaround. Overall I am pleased with the tunes but admit, returning emails could be a little faster.

I have dealt with Justin 2 times now. One tune for my 2005 Roush Mustang and one tune for a customer's 2010 Shelby GT500. Sure, he does charge your credit card right away, but he is always reachable by phone and always calls back. He responds to emails ok, and "turn arounds" on his revised custom tunes (after installing the original custom tune he sent) is very quick. Working with his custom tunes and data logging, I have found that he is very patient. Also, I took both cars to a local dyno and they were impressed with Justin's tune - especially the 2010 GT500 tune.

Meh, I heard the are slow as **** too. Go 5star. No need to reward a company like this. I mean really, if they are so swamped, hire more staff. This is a recurring problem from them , on more than one forum. Go 5star and never look back. At least call 5star, I bet they earn your business, cause if u are anything like me,you value good customer service and will remain loyal.

I have read he can be hit or miss! I assume he is only one guy and after reading other sites there is a huge demand for the tuners and custom tunes. Also people requesting tweaks on top of the other stuff.

Just a quick vid to put things in perspective.
