Not all kits are from ebay, but they're still crap if used incorrectly. What you call whining I can concern for mine AND YOUR safety. If I hit you head on, you're at fault for your PnP junk. Not everyone lives around hills, so you're incorrect again by saying cutoffs are more of a hazard. However, if anyone does happen to get caught under the cutoff, it surely won't be for as long as we are blinded by your glare-mobile which can be seen for miles. And yes my eyes AND YOURS are itty bitty which is all the more reason to protect them! Go stare at the sun if your eyes really aren't that sensitive and then come back and tell me that PnP kits are a good idea. People that drive with high beams on are ignorant. People that drive with PnP kits are twice as ignorant if not more, especially if they know how crappy their light output and hazardous glare are!!
It doesn't take much if a hill to get caught below the cutoff so unless you're living in the salt flats I'm sure there are hills everywhere that can produce that result so I'm not incorrect. Lol
Technically getting glare for a few seconds is worse than seeing it coming as your eyes will constrict and adjust vs the sudden slam of light in which your eyes can't adjust quick enough and it throws you off.
Come on, you sound like an over reacting woman, PnP kits are as bright as the sun! Lol thanks for the laugh tonight!
In my 13 years in my profession I have never ran a head on because someone was blinded by oncoming lights, there are way more other factors such as messing with a phone or radio.
Maybe your eyes are so sensitive because if all the crying you do? There are way bigger things to stress about in life, a quick glance off to the side and you're done.

You do know ALL HIDs are PnP right? They consist of the same components they just vary in quality. I have a high quality kit in mine, the same quality that most use for retro fits.
It's almost like a county song, "ricers and junk"

My profession is that of an EMT/firefighter with most of my 13 years being on heavy rescues that cut people out of cars. So In my 13 years doing such, I have never had the cause be blinding lights from the other driver.
Every 10 seconds? Where do you live that you pass a vehicle every 10 seconds with "junk" HIDs!
I understood your metaphor but thought it was a slight exaggeration as I stated, wait maybe that was personal and I apologize.
Anyway, OP there are many ways of adding light from higher output halogens that fail quicker and could melt the lens to a full on projector retro with HIDs or LEDs, there are some guys doing really nice work. It will cost you as it's not cheap but if using the right person the work is outstanding.

the blue were too BLUE POLICE BLUE! So did clear white they still have a blue tint like Zeons but much closer to stock HID's than the stock fog lights in person and nobody flashes me
