Anyone been able to update SYNC via the website and USB stick?
I know i was able to do it a few years ago for my F250.
Recently i been trying to do it for my 2011 F150 but i always get an error saying that i must have a usb stick bigger than 2 gigs and not password protected.
I have tried two different usb sticks both over 2 gigs and both not password protected.
I also tried it in different computers and different with different OS and different browsers.
I finally send Ford a help request to see what happens.
Thanks to anyone that can shed any light on my issue.
And sorry for my English it is not my first language.

I’ve tried it on my Mac OS X 10.7.4 with the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. Many types of USB drives all >= 2 Gigs formatted to FAT32. And I’m getting the same error message as you.

Something is wrong with their website and they must either be stupid and can't figure it out or dont want nor care to fix it.
Oh well, i will see what they say the ball is in their court.

Yup, this is the same thing I get. Tried 3 different computers, 4 different USB drives, both Mac/pc. Very aggravating cause my wife's trucks is not up to date and I can't do anything about it.
