But ya, plus some lightweight racing wheels and some drag tires, turns into an RPG down the track.

You are very wrong. It's a regular cab FX4/FX2. Basically a luxury reg cab truck.
So you are saying that it is an FX4/FX2 with Tremor decals? I look at this invoice, and I don't get it. Is there something that you get on a Tremor that you can't get on any other F-150?

I'm not trying to denigrate the Tremor, just want to know about it. So you are saying that it is an FX4/FX2 with Tremor decals? I look at this invoice, and I don't get it. You know, just having the 4.10 axle gear ratio is over $2000.00 for that option on other trim levels of the F150. It's only a $100.00 for 3.73 gear ratio option when upping from 3.31 or 3.55's. WTF!
The 4.10 gears is what makes it special and faster to be badged as a Tremor. That and some decals is all.

It's too bad the SVT department didn't get a chance to make this truck. I'm sure for the same-ish price, maybe a little more, they could have done something a little more angled at the "sport truck" market. It has the potential to be a successor to the lightning in my opinion.

I wanted to know like some in this thread if the Tremor had a 1 piece driveshaft so I went by a dealer that had a 4x2 parked by the street. I got out and looked to find it had the same old 2 piece POS that the 5.0L regular cab is equipped with.
There is a butt load of drivetrain loss compared to the lightning. It makes me wonder how much of that is the 2 piece drive shaft. I know it is not the automatic transmission because the Mustang runs pretty much the same ET as the 6 speed manual. There was only about a 10-12% drivetrain loss with the Lightning but these truck average a 20%+ loss.
