Those are the facts, it seems the 5.0 is not as slow as the picture you paint. Don't forget the 5.0 is the 4.6's replacement motor as is the 3.5 to the 5.4!

damn this forum is always 5.4 vs 5.0 vs ecoboost vs 6.2! we all drive f150's, and they're all great trucks. why the hell is everyone always competing for better motor? they're all good in their own way.

Amen brother. i was so sick of everyone telling me to get this that and the other. your stupid if you buy this or that. sheesh. i love my 5.0 motor however i feel i would love the eco boost or 5.4 as well. the f-150 is awesome no matter what is pushing it down the road.

I just test drove the 5.0L! it feels just like my 5.4L! it was a let down! Seriously thou it was... now the eco-boost that's the engine to get. So Ur paper facts don't hold true to me and real world test driving.and yes i hot rodded the truck before u ask.
