None whatsoever plus on the aesthetics side the 5.5' bed looks more proportional to me.

I originally was insisting on a 6.5 but at the time when I bought my truck (this time last year), there were none left with all of the other options I wanted and I couldn't wait for the 2011's to come out as I needed a vehicle at that point in time.

With that said, I've gotten use to the 5.5 and I will admit, the 6.5 would have proven to be a bit of a problem in some of the places I had to park. But if I had it to do all over again and place a factory order, I'd get a 6.5. But that's just me.

Nope don't regret it one bit. My old 05 had a 6.5 bed and I thought I might miss that but I do not.

No regrets here. I haul people/Labs more than cargo.

I have needed a longer bed 2 or 3 time in 10 years of the 5.5 ft box.

Plus it fits in my garage this way.

No regrets, for my suburban needs, the extra foot wouldn't make a difference. I briefly debated longer length vs turning radius. 10 ft kayaks fit fine with tailgate down.

Sometimes I wish I had the 6.5' bed, until I back into my garage. A 6.5' bed would never allow the garage door to shut.
