I was 20 when I bought my truck too, about 6 months ago! First few things I did were remove the side steps, plastidip the mirror reflector (if my mirrors had chrome, I would've plastidipped them too), and tint. Then I ended up finding a deal on some used Trail Grapplers to give it more of an aggressive look! All relatively cheap.

Hockey stripe was stock with the appearance package FX4, and the leveling kit was on when I bought it. And yes, I added headlights and tow mirrors. I was just trying to be helpful by giving him some cheap options.

I know it's in the appearance Pckg, just Couldn't see stripe in top pic. That's pretty impressive job in 6moa for a 20yr old. Clearly my guidance counselor dropped the ball.

So here is a list I posted for another thread on first mods to do to your new truck. Most of these are very cheap or even free and simply require a little time working with your hands. All of the prices listed were what I remember spending on either Amazon or Ebay.
Easy and semi cheap cosmetic/handy mods.
Good luck with your truck!
