Default Any ideas for mods??

So i just bought this truck about 2 weeks ago and being 20 years old it looks a little grandpa-ish for me! I've already decided on different cheap mods to do because my end goal is to black it out. current i want to plasti-dip the mirrors, rims, bumpers and possible door handles. I'm trying to get rid of the chrome and need some ideas! what should i do with the headlights, tail lights, emblems, step rails and grille? show me pictures if possible!!

Here's a great start! Lots of reading but very informative.

Well, I'm trying to figure the Grandpa-ish thing. What the He_ _, I'm a grandpa 11 times and I don't see it. In fact, I think that's a pretty good look-in truck for such a young whipper snapper. You buy that with your own money? You hurt my feelings ;( haha

Yeah I did buy it with my own money! Haha and maybe grandpa-ish is due to the chrome. My grandpa that passed away in July had a f150 with a lot of chrome on it, that's probably why it's put in my head.

Before you spend all your money on the looks, get a tuner.
That will be your best mod ever.

Then, some vent shades. I can't tell if your side windows are tinted. If not, get em done not just for looks but for comfort. Keeps the sun temp down as you are driving.
A tonneau cover helps with looks and security for stuff in the back and looks good.
If you still have $$$'s there are wheels and tires and lifts or levels. The list is endless.
Enjoy your truck and maintain it.

I was 20 when I bought my truck too, about 6 months ago! First few things I did were remove the side steps, plastidip the mirror reflector (if my mirrors had chrome, I would've plastidipped them too), and tint. Then I ended up finding a deal on some used Trail Grapplers to give it more of an aggressive look! All relatively cheap.
