Plasti-dip the bumpers.
Put a shell on the back.
Level and add 33's.
Add front and rear aux lighting.
Build a slide out platform for the bed.

Oh wait, I have to remember that it is your truck and not mine. Gotta admit though, the above mods would make this a first responder's dream truck.

Different grille, Paint the black strip under the grille/headlights to match the truck and some aftermarket rims and tires, small lift or level.

I do agree would make a kick-a** truck. But wife said I have to start with running boards. At '5-2 she says the truck is to d*** hi lol.

15%-20% window tint
Spray in the bedliner
Upgrade the factory wheels to 20' Lariat wheels
Paint front stip to match body
Upgrade front grille to XLT or Lariat grille

Even without any upgrades, you still have a nice truck.

OP, it's a nice looking truck. After the running boards (I had to laugh, my Wifey is vertically challenged also) you've got a clean slate to make it look the way you want. I agree, paint the lower part of the front to match the truck, and new wheels is a great start.

Modular, those wheels look sweet. Nice job.
