Any Chance of a 2014 FX4 Auto 4WD???

I know there is no details about the 2014 F150 out but was checking to see if anyone has heard if Ford will offer the 2014 FX4 F150 with the Auto 4WD transfer case? I owned a 2012 FX4 and really missed that feature. Otherwise I will just order a 2013 F150 lariat to get it.

Thanks

I should note that reading about the 2014 Tremor, it states an auto 4WD option and also has a different front grill. It looks to be built off the FX4 package. Any idea when the 2014 info will be out?

Why is auto 4wd so important to you? Do you drive on mud roads all the time? Live near the north/south pole?

I'm interested in auto 4wd as well; I live in Alaska.

A good set of snow tires would be way more useful for you.

I hated my 2011 Lariat so much because of the lack of Auto 4WD that I orderd a 2013 Lariat. It is very important to me because we can have up to 7 months of snow and ice! This '13 is waaay better, now as soon as the snow falls I can just put it in Auto4 and forget it. I have been spoiled by the GM trucks I've had in the past because they have all had AWD.

...? What? Of course snow tires are useful, but you're comparing apples and oranges. It would be nice to have auto 4wd so you don't have to keep turning it off when you turn onto nicely plowed highways, then back on when you turn off to other roads which aren't so well kept.

So some of you are saying reaching up to turn the little knob is to much of a hassle or takes to much effort knowing your going to need it anyway? To each is own, AWD is nice, had one, I just prefer 4x4 and manual axle lock myself. no worries though guys, its all subjective.

Ya I like a manual T-case too but what they are talking about is actually a good thing, and plus you still have all the regular options, it goes 2H, 4A (AWD), 4H, 4L In the new Lariat's, King Ranch's, Platinums and Limited's I believe
