Antenna fault
My grandad has a 2010 lariat screw that was recently hit in the passenger door and we just got it back. Now the xm radio says there's an antenna fault and it won't get any signal. Is there a wire that could have been jarred loose that I can find to fix? This radio has been the only issue(minus the wreck) with the truck since we've had it, we've had to call xm to turn it back on several times but now I'm fairly certain it's the truck not them. Any advice welcome.

I had a Lockpick that out of the clear blue started doing the same thing. Finally got tired of the run-around with updates and pulled it out. Ant worked fine.

There was a guy on here that did his audio set up,think his name was blacknight something. anyways afteer the install he had the same issue he found he had bent the cord by accident and it had a fault after. he had to get a new cord, the bend occured near the input for the system. id see if i could see something by removing the dash tray.

The antenna was just un plugged under the dash. Plugged it in and the radio kicked on and worked for five minutes then XM shut it off.... Again. Got to call them and get it on again

Looked at mine, unplugged and plugged back together; still have 'antenna fault.' Must be the line somewhere else. Time to take the dash apart! Anybody know how to pop the button on the roof off?
