Default another tire thread

ok, ive looked and still am unclear on what tires will fit without rubbing or any modification/cutting. I have a 2014 SCREW 2wd with a 2.5" level and I just came into some raptor wheels. Can anybody tell me how big I can reasonably go in tire size? again, I don't want to worry about rubbing or cutting too much. Thanks for the help! Some pics would be awesome too.

Ive got 295/70/r18 on Method NV 18x9. Had to do minor trimming, but now I don't rub at all.

Yeah, and they're 17x8.5 meaning you would be able to run my tire size no problem.

I have been running 285/70/17 Toyo ATII's for the last 7k miles without any issues on stock 17x7.5 +44mm offset rims. For the first few months my truck was stock height before the 1.5" level went on.

The raptors are 17x8.5 +34mm offset. So, the tire sidewall will only stick out about 1/2" more given the same width tire.

do you think I would have a rubbing issue if I went 305/70/17?

You shouldn't have any issues running that size. If anything, maybe a slight trimming to the front valance.
