So I get a call from my buddy on Saturday morning and he tells me he just bought a new truck and wanted to know if I wanted to swing by the dealership and check it out. All he would tell me was that he bought a new F-150 with a 5.0. So I'm thinking he got a good deal on a 2012 right? Wrong!

He got a 2013 Lariat Scab, Red Candy, 4x4, 3.55 LSD, Tan leather interior, Nav, Sony sound, 5.0, HID's, 18" rims and a tailgate step. I'd prefer the black leather interior myself (I think it looks better with the fake wood panels) but man oh man its a sweet truck. I almost hit him when I saw it haha.

that's a nice looking truck. you don't see many lariet super cabs.

That is a nice truck...just think you might get to ride in it without paying for it...let him drive around instead of you.

Block heaters are pretty much standard equipment up in Canada.

Its true you don't see many Scab Lariats but it does look really slick.

I have a scab lariat, but of course mine is an 04 lol. That is a sharp truck!

That truck looks sharp. I love the new Lariat (non-chrome pkg) grill. The ruby red sure does look sharp too. The wife was just mentioning this past weekend how she thinks she would prefer a new F150 over an SUV. She says it would be so much more versatile for her to have a supercrew and a hard tonneau of sorts.
