Default Alignment?

Just purchased stock 20" Ford wheels with 275/55-20 tires. I currently have the 18" with 265/60-18 tires. When I put the new wheels and tires.. will I need to get an alignment? I know the height is changing and will need to get speedo calibrated.
Thanks

Just swapping the tires shouldnt change the alignment but to be safe I would along with balancing of the new tires. Why take a risk on scrubbing some new rubber when a relatively cheap alignment/balancing could save you lots in the long run?

You good in both cases...its a new truck...your alignment should be good for awhile...your speedo should not change...atleast you won't be able to tell with those tires being so close in size.

if you get on Discount tire.com. go to info center then tire size calculator. you can put in your current tire size. and your new tire size and it will calculate your change in MPH.

I use to do alignments and tires. On a new truck I would NOT align it. If your tires are wearing even, a new set of wheels with evenly worn tires will not have any issues. I'd just balance the tires.
