has anybody had to unplug battery or anything? i dont know why i would need to but since ive gotta un plug the MAF i was just curious

If you had read those links I linked ya to you or Ottos posts you would know that disconnecting the battery will reset the computer for detecting the larger amount of incoming air from the gotts mod. If reading comprehension isnt your thing then I guess we cant really help you any further, lol!

How would I know that? I asked a simple question and it wasn't givin a simple answer.. Dont get your panties in a bunch you don't have to reply to threads because obviously reading comprehension isn't your thing

And Otto said usually not but wouldn't hurt.. Not a yes or a no I've never heard of having to but since this is my first newer truck I wanted to know before jumping the gun and bein screwed

well it wont matter much if you do or dont, your truck will still run fine. but if you do the gotts mod and you are trying for more gas mileage and performance then yes, I would unhook the battery for a few minutes to reset the computer. Also, read those links as it will also explain it there.
