Default Aftermarket exhaust- 6.2L

Anyone running an aftermarket catback system on a 6.2- raptor or other? Thinking of going that direction to let it breath a little easier, just don't want too much noise. The videos of the Roush system seem to have a good sound that's not too choppy or obnoxious, but videos are tough to get a good feel for the actual sound. Thanks in advance.

I have MBRP on mine and like it. Deep tone and not loud.

I had a roush exhaust on my limited. It was very nice! Louder and deeper than the videos can show.I was very surprised but liked it. Used to set off a few car alarms when firing it up in underground parking. Love it! You won't be disappointed!

I'm very pleased with overall sound level and tone of my complete OEM Raptor system but I'm older and more conservative than some of you wanting aftermarket exhaust. That, plus I have a Leer topper cap installed which tends to trap resonant exhaust frequencies like a drum. Factor that if you have or plan to install one. Finding low mileage Raptor take-off systems has become a challenge anyway...

I put a 4" Diamond Eye on mine a month ago. Extremely deep sounding (4" pipe). Not quiet by any means but not too loud. Price is a bonus too.

I have a 2011 Harley Davidson and put on the Roush exaust. Worst money I have ever spent. The drone from this exhaust is absolutely awfull. Now it sounds amazing after you get on it and on start ups but around 1800-2100 rpm I can't even hear myself think. Especially when I'm pulling a trailer or going up a hill.

I will have to agree, it is somewhat drony. I was coming from a 2012 6.2l that had full exhaust upgrades with long tube headers. Now that had drone, so when I traded her in for the new Roush Limited I felt that that issue was gone now . Comparatively speaking! Now, having said that, I have since replaced the roush exhaust and put in a Borla S-Type system.Very little drone on that one and not as loud but still rumbles pretty good.

That's exactly what I'm looking at doing.
