Have you contacted our support regarding this issue? Based on those pics I would have to say that your IR sensor has failed and you need a replacement camera. We warranty that model for 3 years so send an email to our support staff to initiate an RMA and a replacement will be on the way (support at camera-source dot com). You will also get a postage paid shipping label to send the other one back. No point in living with that crummy night view when the problem is easily solved.

But as you can see, when it's truly night, you can't see **** out the rear view camera. No night vision.
The truck is in reverse, you can see my reverse lights reflecting off of the tree on the left side of the screen. Directly behind me you can see the reflection of that cars license plate, and on the right side of the screen my house lights are lighting up the side of my roommates truck, so it's more visible.
But nothing on the ground.
This is completely unlike my wife's backup camera in her car, one that is OEM, in that it does have night vision, so I can see all of the cracks in the road and everything. I expected the Camera-Source camera to be OEM quality, and it is in every sense except for the lack of night vision.
I'm pretty disappointed.
