Liked the fact that it was plug-and-play and wire splicing wasn't necessary.

Haven't any issues. e.g. leakage.

Did a rudimentary ebaY® search and couldn't find it. *No surprise, since it was purchased 4 years ago.

The one(s) listed in guero789's (O/P) post are similar, and also don't require wire splicing.

So, I just got the one you want in the mail. I received it yesterday it looks nice but I don’t know how bright the cargo LEDs are. I installed LEDs in the OEM one and at night they light up my entire truck bed. I’m honestly not sure if I want to replace my OEM one now. I’m honestly worried that if I install this aftermarket one it will start leaking. The reason I want to replace it it’s because I’m looking for something that matches the black fx4 taillights. That’s why I ordered that red one.

gives the options to do different housing and lenses. Personally I’d do black housing and a clear lens, match the FX tails.

i have to agree with others, my truck came with a tonneau so I installed under the rails LED’s.
Thank you for this link makes me wish I had not ordered the red one from eBay. I really like the black housing clear lens, like you said it matches the fx taillights. The only thing I’m confused on is the plug it comes with. Looks nothing like the one I just bought that plugs into where the bulb goes. How does this one install?

I agree, this one would probably look good with our FX Tails, however, that "gasket" looks very poor, IMO.

Reference that Plug you guys are unsure about. I pulled the Brake-Light on my 2013 last night & while I don't see that plug, its possible its located farther inside the headliner. Because if you look closely where my harness goes inside/above the headliner, there appears to be a white plastic tree style retainer. Which could be possibly holding that plug?

This is the visible portion of my 2013's Harness & it also shows how nicely my current 3rd brake-light stows the wiring....

If you decide quickly, that you don't want the Red Optic style Light & want to sell it at a savings for me, I am interested

Honestly, I don't even know why I am looking at new 3rd Brake-Light's, as mine works fine still... Thanks everyone... lol

I’m still thinking about it lol. I’m worried to start leaking issues where there isn’t any. And yea those other taillights from amazon will match the fx4. I read on the amazon reviews you have to drop the headliner to get to that connection plug in the images. Or the other thing you can do is cut the wires.

If I deice to sell it ill msg you.
