Advent OFO1501 in 2010 F150
I am looking to upgrade my head unit for a touchscreen in the future. I see a lot of people recommend the Advent OFO1501 for their f150's.
The problem is I see complaints that with the 2010 model, like it doesn't retain the steering wheel controls/ and may not power off when you take the key out. There seems to be a fix with the powering off, if you run a fuse to the fuse box. Does anyone here have first hand experience with this model in their 2010 truck? Is there a better model on the market to buy? And how much does this unit really cost, I see it everywhere from $400 on eBay up to about 1k elsewhere.

I would just go aftermarket vs OEM look a like.
I really like the Kenwoods and have one in mine. You can get all the harnesses to make it pretty much plug and play.
