Default Are Blown Spark Plugs Still an Issue on the 5.4?

I was telling a buddy about my new F150 (we've both been GM guys for many years) and he mentioned that I was getting the engine that blows spark plugs out of the heads. Is this still an issue?

I heard that problem had been corrected mid-year through the 08's I think... you should be fine and I'm sure someone else will chime in and tell you the same

Now if Ford could be up with the times & have engine choices like the GM 6.2, would be a lot of more happy campers & better results in the shootouts!!!
