Default Adding 2" rear blocks - Is allignment needed?

Guys

I have a 2" level up front and it was alligned after that install on my 2013 SCrew 4x4 with the off road pakage. I ordered some 2" blocks to replace the 1 1/4" stock blocks because if I park on and incline or haul very much it looks low in the back so I'm just looking to put a little rake back. Since the new blocks have 2 allinment pins and it is only 3/4 of inch taller than what is on there now will I need an allignment after the instal?
