Added Chrome Mirror Caps Tow Mirrors
I had always wanted to do this but didn't want to take the mirror glass off and deal with that. Knowing my luck both would be broken and would be much more of an ordeal. Well I digress
Saw a video on YouTube of a guy doing it by just breaking off the old cap. I've heard that want possible, but it is
Went to the dealership. They had the caps in stock. Came home and literally 3 mins later I had mirror caps
Took a screw driver to the cap. Prayed it up a little worked around the area and was able to break it off. The clip broke but that's no problem because I don't have any need for if
Took the new chrome cap, lined it up and it just snaps on. Easy peasy.
Really simple project if you are looking to add a little bling to your truck

Yea it really looks good. I did the same from black painted to chrome but it really isn't that hard to change them without breaking anything. Just get a long flat head screw driver and the glass will come out pretty easy.
