Interesting.

I have a set of FatBob's AAL's sitting on my workbench. My truck is leveled (Daystar 1") but I haul dirt bikes and didn't want to be nose high so I plan on installing these but I didn't want to add 2" to the rear. My plan is to install the AAL and remove the stock block. Hopefully, I'll get a slight rake (perfectly level right now after the front settled).

The last pic looks great.

I don't think you will get the same lift as the OP. Maybe 1 inch higher than the front, possibly 1.5.

I have an email to FatBob support. They advertise the ones I got as 40" and 1.5"-2" lift. The AAL they sent me are 33.5" and the 2 centering holes are not centered (14" on one side, 18" on the other). I ordered them about 6 weeks ago but didn't really inspect them until last week.

If it only raises the rear 1", I'll leave the blocks. That would be perfect.

Definitley post pics. I'm thinking either AAL or roadmasters. I like roadmasters but I also want a bit of a lift for when I load building materials.

I went with AAL because it's also functional (adds 950lbs capacity) as well as a bit of height.

Sorry to bring an old thread back up....Getting ready to do an AAL. What did Fat Bobs say about the length difference? I may do the ProComp, they are supposed to be the long type. I don't want to sacrifice much ride, want a little lift and add a little bit of payload capacity.

They said it was the correct length. The longer part goes toward the rear of the car.

I still haven't installed them yet. My truck was side swiped while it was parked a couple of months ago and I still haven't decided to keep the truck or not so I haven't installed them.
