8000 lb GVW plastic ramps

Need to do oil change and all I have is an old pair of plastic ramps....think these will hold?

I don't see why not. I have a pair of plastic Rhino Ramps and they work fine with the truck.

Use them on my truck as well. Those suckers are tough.
