I had access to some big *** 12 ton jackstands they used for the local universities school buses. Any 6-ton stands should be sufficient.

Sorry this is a bit late...just seeing this thread.

You shouldn't have any rubbing. I'm on 5" backspacing 0 offset with my 20" BMF wheels, 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers and have no rub with a 6" Rough Country lift.

my factory rim is 6.5" backspacing i believe

I know it’s an old *** thread but you never came back and updated and I’m curious, I’m assuming since no update they probably didn’t work?

I'm sure it's doable. I ended up lifting mine with a 6" RC and stock FX4 wheels. However I opted to run 1 1/2" Bora spacers cuz it didn't look right with wheels appearing to be sunk in IMO. I've seen a few around town that have the same set up but with no spacers.
