Chrome Tailgate handle, chrome running boards. I've even seen some with a leather wrapped steering wheel. Idk if that's part of the package or not

Thanks... i forgot to say rims, but didn't know tow hooks were chrome. I got the XLT, but mine came with 20" FX4 rims and custom exhaust/tips so chrome package was a waste for me, lol.

yeah I have a "Texas Edition", and I remember asking the dealer what the difference was and he said just a badge haha, but it's a cool badge!

I have a leather wrapped steering wheel fwiw when it comes to the chrome package or not

6 bar also comes with the XLT 'custom' package which includes PTM bumpers and grill surround.

Took my TX badge off. It was no charge with no features according to the window sticker.

Around these parts you don't see the 3 bar grill all that much. I think most dealers here sell the Texas package. I see the 6 bar all the time.

they sell it more here bc the Chrome package is a free upgrade in Texas and Oklahoma. Only reason they have a TX edition.

FYI: Old thread resurrection alert!

I have an '09 Screw in California with Chrome package and Driver package. Way back in '09 the Chrome pack didn't come with the 6 bar chrome grill and the Driver pack didn't come with leather steering wheel. The 3 bar looks ok on some other trucks...kinda burly, but somehow doesn't seem to on mine Considering getting a 6 bar or maybe a chrome mesh grill...those are distinctive.
