Default 6.2 Tuners

Thinking of getting a Tuner for my 13' F150 6.2. Anyone out there have any experience with one on a 6.2? Found a lot for a 5.0 but not much for a 6.2... If so which ones???

Thank you

I use 5 Star tunes. They work great for me and never had any problems. It really woke my truck up.

I have an '11 Lariat that I ordered with the 6.2 Max Tow and 3.73's. I have the Stainless Works Long Tube headers, high flow cats, X-Pipe and dual exhaust system with the chambered mufflers. I also have a Volant intake tube and a modified stock airbox. I was really pleased with how the truck ran right out of the box. Adding the exhaust system really added some grunt to her. Then after much research I decided to go with a tuner, the SCT Livewire. I wanted the use of the display with the gauges. Adding the Livewire, along with custom tunes..... WOW! A lot of guys say not to run the canned tunes (the ones that are by SCT on the device) because they say they are not nearly as good as a custom tune. And that is true. But I do like the 93 Octane canned tune on my Livewire. I bought my Livewire from 5-Star. I have custom performance and tow tunes from them as well as MPT. At first I would of said doing the exhaust was the best performance add-on. Then I got the Livewire.......

All the major tuners do the 6.2 as well. Mpt ssi 5 star etc. some have sales going on now. I recommend using the sct tuner as it gives you more options.
