No need to brag about it, it's faster and more powerful. But to op question, that won't manifest itself as much in true city driving. I suburb driving it will since there is tons more power at lower rpm where the little 8 cylinder needs to rev to get the torque. It feels fun, but of course you don't need the power in this type of driving. City mpg should be similar but hwy, the Eco should pull 2-3 mpg better all things equal. add a tune and the power diff grows larger yet again with no loss of mpg. So if you buy come back and brag. Heck even if you stick with the 5.0, I won't complain if you brag.

We have had a couple Ecos and 1 5.0L. For in town driving, i liked the 5.0L with aftermarket exhaust. They really have a great sound. Once you start highways driving (Or high speed Phoenix AZ freeway driving) the eco is awesome. Anytime we went north up to Prescott or flagstaff I loved the ecoboost, it never needed to shift and was silent.

Yeah was hoping to get better mileage. 6 cylinders idling instead of 8 in traffic. Thanks everyone for their input.
