Well guys i finally got my lift and new tires. Pretty happy with the results but getting the spacer on top of the front strut was a HUGE PITA...I have the rough country 2.5in leveling kit with 1in blocks in the rear and i went with the Nitto terra graplers in 295/70/18 (35x11.50). I didnt have to trim anything for this combo but i did have to use 6mm wheel spacers to get them on there wtih clearence.

Theres gold in them there hills...Actually where i am there are tons of old gold and copper mines up there...Not so much in the ones pictured but its inhospitable terrain. If there isnt an old miners path cut your not getting up it on a dirtbike...much less a vehicle...

Love the look of these trucks with the lift and tires but just to cheap to spent the money. Just keep all my trucks stock other than bed cover. Gotta love a WHITE truck. Mine is white along with my Fusion.

Well i actually got to test my truck today on some offroad stuff...I am shocked...I saw 26* on the incline screen and in 4x4 low with the rear diff locked it climbed right up and over. As well as some pretty interesting off camber and rocky terrain. Here are some pics.

These are in front of an old mining building.

MADE IN AMERICA!!!

Still shocked at how stiff this chassis is...even with the truck like this all 4 doors opened easily.

And tuckin one up and inside...

It is old dale road...In 29 palms california. There are literally 100's of old mines out there still. We regularly ride dirtbikes back there and are always finding more of them. Even one of my buddies who has lived and rode there since the early 70s has said that he finds new stuff all the time out there (also that that he still finds gold there...alot).

Also one of the rumors i guess in the mining world right now is there is a company that supposedly found a mine out there where there is 5oz of gold per ton...which is absolutely CRAZY

About 2 years ago the trail was alot better and i made it in my 2wd tundra with 32's...but now i would say just from a ground clearance perspective your gonna want a leveling kit and 35's for some of it.
