Default 5.4 highway stutter

Hoping someone here can help before I give up and trade this thing in. My truck is a 2009 screw FX4 with about 54000 miles on it. At highway speed, 65~75 mph,the truck gets a stutter or hesitation to it. It happens mostly when the a.c. is on and feels almost like a misfire. I have tried to keep an eye on the tach but haven't noticed it jumping at all when it happens. Tach seems to read steady and it's always right around 2000 revs when I feel the stutter. No codes or CEL coming up, changed plugs with new Motorcraft ones, new air cleaner also. She always starts right up and idles smooth. Truck is stock except for a cat back system. This thing is driving me nuts because I love the truck except during the 100 miles a day going to work and back. Forgot to mention that gas mileage is always pretty good, right around 18~20 mpg highway. Hopefully someone has an idea what might be causing it. Thanks

Probably a weak coil.

Thanks guys. Is there an easy way to check them or would just replacing all of them be the way to go?

I've been told by my mechanic, if your gonna change one, change them all at the same time. I didn't listen, just did the one bad one, few months later took it back and changed them all, no problems since
