The idler pully is covered by the power train warranty... Ford replaced mine for free when it started makeing noise

I don't have warranty anymore. The pulley doesn't wobble when the belt is on, but it is an aftermarket pulley even though the bearing number is the same.

hi, selling my truck tomorrow and last night i spoted groved pulley wobles...when i take belt of pulley moves about 1mm. Strugling to get new pulley till tomorrow, guy will drive 1000miles across Europe...
I dont hear any noise from pulley, do you guys think pulley will make 1000 more miles? I dont know how long pulley wobles like that...

I just noticed mine are doing the same thing as OP's at ~62k miles. I bought the truck new and haven't had to touch the brakes yet. I will have to dig into it.
