I installed new plugs around a few thousand miles back about 32k too and set gap down like Wayne did. I didn't use any anti-seize because I will replace these again at another 30 to 36K. I guess you can use a very light coat of anti-seize but be careful not to over tighten or you will mess up the head. I think torque spec is about 8-11lbs. I just snugged my up after they bottomed out. I did the same with the originals as I pulled and regapped them and decided to install new ones. If you guys are running tunes I would recommend changing them more frequently, especially those who have a eco-boost for sure.

If you are going through the trouble of pulling them, you might as well just put new ones in. You can buy new ones for under $6 a plug if you shop around.
I put a very light application of Permatex silver anti-seize. Some folks say the factory torque spec is too light, Maybe Ford is worried about folks stripping threads. I went to Ford torque spec and then tightened just a little more. I have been changing plugs for fifty years and have a pretty good feel for it.

My favorite precision measuring tools are my eyechrometer and my finger calipers.

I'm at about 25k on my truck, and I have noticed a slight kick at idle. I say kick because it doesn't feel like a miss. I might as well pull them and check the gap. I've been running 91 for the past month and a half so we'll see what they look like. And I will be using a very small dab of anti-seize because that's my choice. Lol.
