19K here, only issues I had is replace the yoke grease and seal twice due to the driveline clunk the 2 piece driveshaft have. And the upper bumper pad paint had a small flake in it and that was repainted under warranty as well.

...Today I noticed the top gasket of my rear sliding window starting to come loose. I have a rattle around the back under carriage somewhere. I can only hear it when the windows are down, back right side. I think my heater door is not switching properly. Going to have these items checked out...

26K and the only dealer required issue was for a leaky taillight. Drivetrain is awesome. Uses virtually no oil, no obnoxious ticking sounds, and pulls a trailer better than any half ton I have ever owned. Best mpg 21.9 before level and tires. The gearing I think works pretty well with the engine. That deep 1st gear really gets things moving in a hurry. Even with the 34" tires. I like the fact the motor has life after 4500 rpm unlike the 5.4's I have had. Not a leak, everything serviceable is within reach except the stupid dipstick. I am impressed with the power especially given the small cubic inches. Towing really surprised me. I have zero regrets and would buy another. I would have considered the 6.2 but in 2012 you couldn't get it in an FX4. Ford has some pretty diverse engine offerings right now and all are capable for their intended customers.

6 months, somewhere around 8500mi and no problems to report. Came from an Ecoboost. This is the best truck I have ever owned. Love the responsive power, sound and consistently get better than advertised MPG in both city and highway conditions. Love it, love it, love it.

About 26,000 miles, torque converter replaced due to original going out, window switch replaced as it wouldn't work sometimes, window guides replaced also, rear seat fold down mechanism replaced since it was grinding, and the front speaker replaced as it was blown.
Like the truck and power but not impressed with it's quality. Definitely have no loyalty to Ford due to that.
5.0L is running good now, hopefully no issues.

2012, in about a 3 month period it spent nearly a month at the dealer
1. PCM needed to be reprogrammed (killed the truck in the road)
2. PCM needed to be repogrammed again about 2-3 weeks later (same, DRT)
3. same symptoms, but was driveable - limped it to the dealer 10 miles away, and of course magically started running fine a few minutes out. Oddly, the CEL never came on that time and so the dealer found no codes or anything to fix...but then about a week later:
4. CEL came on, ended up needing a new catalytic converter
5. CEL came on a few days after I got it back, needed the other catalytic converter changed out too (dealer thinks that something happened when the PCM went out twice - makes me worried what was going on that clogged the cats and what else may have happened)
currently 17k+ miles on it - have driven it about 800 miles since the last trip to the dealer ... holding my breath
FORD offered an extended warranty to help "build back confidence in my vehicle" - I accepted, but told the service lady on the phone that I was worried that meant even FORD thinks I'll continue to have problems with this truck
