What does this mean?

I understand I am a little late to the game here but I was just able to sit my butt in the driver seat for the first time today and drive it. Finally was able to get the hand controls put in it and drive it around.

I noticed the "Dome: or whatever it is they designed into the hood on my truck says "5.0 Performance" What does it mean? I'd have taken pics but I was too low on cell phone battery for it to do anything besides die.

Not that I am aware of, They didn't tell me when I bought the truck and I dont see anything else about it anywhere else. Would I need to find out whats on it in the VIN?
