well...they put magflo 18 inch muff part #11249 in, and left the resonator to see how it sounded. does sound better than stock, but it's still somewhat muffly...looking for more clarity in the sound. will removing the resonator create that clarity? class? anyone?

mentioned in other thread, will probably pull resonator and maybe go w/ 14" muffler...
stock wasn't hacked up for nothing. i learned what doesn't work. that's gotta count for something, right? lol
i just gotta have some sound coming out of my truck! while waiting this morning i watched a mustang go buy...quiet as a mouse....what a waste...then an old beater van drove buy, and had way more sound....
these 150's are pretty dang quiet stock.
stock wasn't hacked up for nothing. i learned what doesn't work. that's gotta count for something, right? lol

Yeah i would get that resonator out of there. It basically takes any real tone out of the exhaust and makes it sound blaaahh if all you do is a muffler swap. Sorry to hear it didn't turn out for you. If i knew what muffler i had i would post it but i don't even have the slightest clue lol.
