I found a couple different ones from Roush Overstock , They take em off when they convert the cars to Roush's . They are on Ebay if you search 5.0 Ford Engine Cover.

The seller is (Roushperformance) they have one for $80 right now that includes the engine cover and the coil covers in gray.
