Mine sits at 38-1/2 in the rear to the fender well. Looks like 4x2s with factory 20s sit at the same height. Is my measurement inline with everyone else who has a 4x4 on factory 18s? Do the factory 20s really sit that much higher?

Just about. Mine was around 39.5 on 18's with 33's.

39" on mine with 10 ply. I'd say your height is bang on.

4x4. 7700 gvw springs.

I don't feel so bad then. Just looks low. Man that feeling usually start a hole in my wallet. Lol.
