Default 4x4 Low

If I turn off the truck in 4x4 Low, will 4x4 Low still be engaged when I start up the truck again?

Yes it will if you leave the selector in 4 low. If you change the selector while off, the same prompts come up in the display when you start it to get it back into 4x4 high..drive slow....shift to neutral...

It's an actual dial switch. So, yeah, it will stay in whatever position you leave it in. Unless you have children, then all bets are off.

Yes, it will still be in 4Lo. I've done it numerous times.

Maybe he has a Honda rincon atv. I have one and if you turn it off while I'm 4x4 it WILL NOT be in 4x4 when you restart it. You have to go back to 2x4 and then 4x4 again. Not an unreasonable question for an electronic system.

Crazy. If it's behavior is all electronic, the switch should be too.
