2011 ford f150 xlt 4x4 not disengaging and not moving what's the problem?

Are you saying the iwes do not disengage or the shift module is not working?
What does the instrument cluster say when you turn the selector?
Have you checked the fuse?

Default Drove in 4x4 on a hard surface?

Gears could be bound up. Simple fix is back up a few feet and try again.

i would turn off then go backwards and forwards a couple times. Might need to look at transfer case fluid replace.
