Default 4wd drop

Posted in the "lowered" section with no response so I'll try here. New here and I have some questions. Just bought a 2013 f150 4wd reg. cab short bed and I want to drop the truck 4/6. I have found a 6" rear drop kit but I have not found a 4" kit for the front that uses the stock spindles. All the spindles I see require 20" or bigger wheels and I want to keep the stock 18" wheels. I will use the truck for a daily driver/ shop truck and the drop will make it easier to load/unload. Am I looking for the impossible? Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Gary.

Without using spindles, yes you are looking for the impossible. You could do a 2" drop using the beltech front struts. I've never looked for them so I don't know if they exist or not, but maybe drop coils exist for these trucks. I can't say I've ever heard of anyone using coils to lower these trucks. But that doesn't mean they aren't around.
