Do you actually plan to travel at highway speeds on those things? I would think a major brake upgrade would be necessary with all that extra rolling weight.

Well since you have beefed up ball joints( now uni *****), better tie rods and ends, as well as upper control arms you might be okay. However i would get new beefier cv axles too. They're pretty darn expensive but if inagine that you would go through the stock ones fairly quickly.

I say go for it. Four Wheeler magazine has a sweet write up on how to measure, and the link is included below. Picture 2 is where the write up starts on where to measure.

I totally agree about the CV axles, wish they didn't cost $2500 plus install.

After thinking about it and talking to a local shop, going with superswampers irok 39.5 inch tires, will definitely fit with a 3inch body lift, plus much less wear and tear on front components. They also said not to spend the money replacing cv axles, wheel bearings etc., just do it as the truck needs it. They said it cost them $250 for a good heavy duty aftermarket cv axle, why spend $2500, I could replace the cv axles 10 times for the cost of one rcv performance axle. Same with bearings, makes sense to just replace as you go.

Although thats true theres one problem. If you happen to be in a place where you need 4x4 and it breaks then your screwed and will have to be towed out....

Wow, I'm no psychic but i'm predicting catastrophic suspension failure in your future. You aren't in Illinois are you? Hopefully my family isn't on the same road you are when one of those 100# tires separates itself from your truck
