No, they're just the stock FX4 headlights. They definitely look tinted in the pic that's straight on though. Must just be the lighting and the black bezel of the stock lights.

Thanks man! The reinforced 1-piece subframe was definitely a selling point for strength (though probably overkill haha) and correct alignment of components. The design of the steering knuckles also factored into my decision when comparing other lifts. I had been considering lifting to get rid of the 3" level the previous owner installed, so when the rebate popped up, I got the nod from the wife and pulled the trigger.

I am going with the 4" Rancho myself come March 1st. One of the main reasons being that Rancho just announced their Annual Rebate Promotion is starting next week March 1st. I am currently shopping around for the best price on this kit and will order first thing Monday March 3rd. This is a quality kit and with that incentive I think its a no brainer IMO.

I have the money for the kit and install but all of the places around me charge way to friggen much for the install. I can get the kit for around 1400 or so after the rebate but the shops around me charge around 700,800,900 or so with 100 for alignment. If I can get the kit installed out the door for 600 or 500 I would be happy. I'm not going to pay that much for the lift, my local 4 wheel parts truck and jeep fest with their "great discounts" quoted me 2900 for everything with 9000XLs.

Yea,a friend and I did my kit at his shop.Went together good, good instructions.Fairly easy just time consuming. The only problem I had was after cutting the driver side frame pocket. You have to drill a 5/8 hole for the top diff bracket mount. To drill a straight hole you have to make a half moon notch on the front side of the pocket after making the first cut or use a 10" long bit.You can see the photo (#34) on Zone's PDF instructions.

After you get the diff down and out, brackets on and set back up it's smooth sailing after that.

Haha at the "great discounts"! I got my kit installed at a local shop that I take my vehicles to for all my servicing. They had gotten into doing levels and a couple lifts, so I figured I'd get a price from them figuring it would be a little high since they don't do many. They charged me $80/hr based on the amount of time the install instructions state, which was 6 hours. So they did it for $480 + $65 for alignment.
In comparison, the next cheapest install was $600 at a place that does strictly lifts (in fact, they're called Nothin' But Lifts or something haha). Then another off road shop quoted $800 with alignment. Then lastly, another off road shop wanted $1200 for the install and alignment!!! I laughed at that guy and hung up when I got my breath. Though, he may have been aggravated bc he was trying to talk me into buying my wheels and tires there, and tried to sell me a basic Rough Country lift for $1275 just for the kit before that....needless to say, they weren't getting my business.

I've called 3 different places, two tonight. I'm waiting for the two places I called tonight to give me a quote on how much it would cost. I'm going to call another place on monday that I spoke with before and see how much it would cost altogether. That's a really good price man, I'm going to see if they will do a thing if I rep their sticker maybe they will give me a discount of the lift.
I don't think I will ever go to 4 wheel parts again, they are just there to bend you over. It's ridiculous. Hopefully the shop(s) I have spoken to will give me a good price or maybe repping their sticker might help me out.

I paid just over $1200 (RCX) and the install is $600+$100 for alignment. I was going to do it myself but the wearther here in southern Louisiana is crazy so didn't want to be laying outside and it pour down rain.

The 4" will give you stock geometry, but the 6" will be geometry like a 2" leveling spacer.

I have a 4" Rancho kit because I think the kit is high quality and because I think 35s look better on 4" lift. So, I guess it really depends which setup you think looks the best. Also, the Rancho kit is known to give slightly more than 4" of lift.
Does Rancho make a 6" kit? And where did you get your kit from I can't find Rancho anywhere for sale. I usally like to go stright thrugh the manufacturer and get an additional military discount.

I thought the RCX kit came with a full 6" drop but I could be wrong, I haven't seen many threads talking about this subject or seen any negative control arm photos from the RCX kits.

Rancho does make a 6in Lift. They just started offering it for sale. Rancho kits relatively aren't for sale, they don't come with shocks from the manufacturer but can get them with shocks for around 1800. Those are with the RS9000XLs. PCS Custom and Autoplicty offer the kit for around that price. RCX is good kit, not great. A lot of people frown on RCX but they are a good budget kit. Rancho offers the 400 rebate March 1st through June 30th.
