You don't need to tell me to save it. I have and hopefully never again. I don't care no one was one the road. Wreck yourself. Someone still has to tell YOUR family why you decide to get stupid and die. Again I like speed and excitement, just save it for the track.

I must admit, my first post was a little hypocritical. I've owned a sport bike and had it well past highway speeds. I was younger and dumb. Now that I've been a Sheriff for a few years and have seen what happens to people when they mess up at speeds I'm perfectly happy with 60-70mph.

And I am sure you have saved many lives. Thank you for what you do. My point is simple however, <30 mph over limit for a very short burst all alone on a straightaway in BFE. Hell 103 isn't even over my tire speed rating. Than coasting back down to 85 on cruise control. Don't get me wrong I'm not some nut. I generally just roll with the flow of traffic. Speed isn't what kills. It's poor judgement that does. The autobahn is much safer than our interstate system is statistically.

The last half I do agree with you. All I am saying it sucks to have something bad happen and hurt yourself or someone else

gt408r, You aren't going to get through to him because he has no intention of actually considering what you have to say.

You are right up the street from me. I live in Horsham. Small world.

Going 103 is poor judgment!
