35's and 4" lift
Looking for feedback from people whom have installed 4" lift and 35's. I don't want to lose too much mpg and power. I have a bilstein 5100 struts with 305 55 20's now. Wondering how much more I will lose? I tow a large toyhauler in the summer months.thanks for any advice.

I don't know if its the FlowMaster Headers & Super 44 Dual Exhaust. But with my 34.3's and RC 4" lift I can still Smoke the Tires from a full stop by mashing the Skinny Pedal, heck I get a chirp doing it at 25mph.
It's a 5.4L, don't know if Ford upgraded anything because it's a Harley Truck over other F-150's? I believe she has 3:73 gears. thats really about it.
MPG that I cannot say because I Love the Sound, I get a 4X4, a Truck, and a Hot Rod all in One...
